Development Executive

Since joining Atlantic Productions last summer Helen has worked across the TV and Theatric development slates, leading the development team to produce a range of unique and ambitious ideas and move them through to commission.

Helen began her career as a founding member of Dangerous Films, working on award-winning drama documentaries for major UK and US broadcasters including D-Day 6.6.1944 (BBC1/Discovery), and 9/11: Inside the Twin Towers (BBC1/Discovery. As a Line Producer she has worked on a range of ambitious specials and series with established talent and high end visual effects including Can You Live Forever with Adam Savage (Discovery), The Brain with Dr David Eagleman (BBC/PBS), and CIVILISATIONS (BBC/PBS) with Simon Schama, Mary Beard and David Olusoga.

Helen’s love of innovative storytelling took her to the world of 3D where she joined factual producers exploring this new technology and worked on two theatric 3D films; Pandas: The Journey Home (NatGeo/IMAX) and the award-winning Inside The Mind of Leonardo (SKY/History) with Peter Capaldi.

With a track record in successfully delivering to broadcasters Helen combines exceptional production skills with a keen editorial instinct, she knows what it takes to turn an idea in to reality and enjoys works closely with Anthony to build on the success of Atlantic Productions.
