Ian Syder is responsible for all production activity within the Atlantic group overseeing the successful delivery of some of it’s most ambitious projects including Space Descent VR for the Science Museum, Galapagos with Liz Bonnin (BBC), Survivor Testimonies for the Holocaust Memorial Foundation and Great Barrier Reef with David Attenborough (BBC).
Prior to starting at Atlantic, Ian managed projects for all the major UK and international broadcasters. Ian has worked on a number of acclaimed projects including the BBC Natural History Unit series Life and Spring Watch, as well as serving as Production Manager at Off the Fence, overseeing the “Wildest…” strand as well as the company’s first 4K Feature Film Colombia Magia Salvaje. Other productions include Stan Lee’s Superhuman, Engine Addicts, Deal or No Deal , Big Brother and Fame Academy.
He has experience of filming across the planet in nearly 100 countries including Papua New Guinea, Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan and Yemen dealing with both environmental and political challenges.
